About the department Strategic Sourcing is the central sourcing unit in Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply division, and we are responsible for the strategic sourcing activities related to Novo Nordisk’s worldwide pharmaceutical production sites as well as global management of suppliers. In the Business Support we drive cross-unit projects and contribute to value-adding financial, commercial and market intelligence activities on behalf of Strategic Sourcing. You will enter a fast-paced and ambitious environment where we collaborate closely with stakeholders inside as well as outside Novo Nordisk. You will be located in Bagsværd, where 9 competent colleagues look forward to welcoming you. The job As a Business Analyst your main role will be to drive data analysis and participate in improvement projects, both in Strategic Sourcing and broader in Novo Nordisk. You will enjoy a high degree of independence in your work, and get the opportunity to e.g. drive the global budgeting process of direct spend materials, challenge and develop supplier pricing models in collaboration with category managers, define KPIs and further develop our performance management system. An important part of your job will be to work closely with stakeholders to ensure the right understanding and usage of data. This will provide you with the opportunity to get to know the sourcing and supply chain environment within Novo Nordisk and work with a team of highly dedicated colleagues. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in International Business, Economics, Finance or similar, supplemented with 2-3 years of experience from a similar position. You have a high competency level of MS-Excel and a basic knowledge of MS-PowerPoint. Experience with or interest to learn about SAP is an advantage. As a person, you have excellent process understanding, an analytical mind-set and you know how to get to the core of complex problems and make them understandable for others. You have the ability to work independently, develop your own expertise, explore various possibilities and structure your own work. Furthermore, you possess good communication skills and are keen on coordinating and navigating between many stakeholders in a busy environment. Lastly, you speak and write English fluently.
