- Medical Affairs - Denmark - Søborg Novo Nordisk is looking for a new colleague to join the Global Medical Affairs GLP-1 team as Global Medical Affairs Coordinator in the Company Headquarters outside of Copenhagen, Denmark. About the department Global Medical Affairs GLP-1 is looking for a skilled coordinator. We are a diverse team consisting of medical doctors, publication managers and scientific advisors. You will support the Vice President and Directors across the teams. The job The Global Medical Affairs Coordinator is responsible for various line management tasks within the VP area, such as budgets, management/department meetings, on-boarding of new employees, HR processes and ad hoc support to employees. In addition you will, in collaboration with the other coordinators in the CVP area, be responsible for managing and reporting of our external engagements with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) for various meetings, including contracting, registration in the Diabetes Expert Directory (DxD) and Health Care Professional system (HCP-Rex), tracking of Health Care Professional interactions and payments. You will drive the line and project budgets why strong budget management skills are needed. As part of the Global Medical Affairs Coordinator team with regular team meetings and close working relationship you are encouraged to seek cross team and organisational collaboration in your daily work and take responsibility related to shared activities. Qualifications You possess at least 2 years’ experience within administrative processes, especially budget planning/follow-up. You demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. We expect that you are structured and able to plan your tasks well and ahead, conducting administrative tasks in a pro-active and independent manner. Good communication skills and fluency in English, spoken and written, is required; We expect that you have a flexible approach to your work and are able to accommodate tight deadlines; A strong quality mind-set and a high level of quality in deliverables, coordination and planning must be a natural part of your work.
