About the department Sales & Marketing Excellence is part of Commercial Planning in Global Marketing. It is a high performing international team responsible for the Global Marketing Academy for Excellence (G-MAX) and management of the Global Sales Forum, hereunder initiatives such as developing a hospital selling approach and a global sales curriculum. The job As Global Project Manager in Sales & Marketing Excellence your key responsibilities will be to drive sales & marketing excellence initiatives. This requires the ability to identify and explore opportunities for doing things simpler and better. Projects are managed across functions globally and locally. It is about getting the organisation behind positive change that will raise sales and marketing capabilities to the next level. As responsible for G-MAX you will drive and shape a portfolio of learning vehicles such as digital platforms, virtual and face-to-face classes. You will be responsible for learning content which is up to date on world class commercial approaches and in-line with business priorities. You will apply state of the art learning methodologies. This job requires a high degree of independence. Results are achieved through collaboration with stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate positive behavioural change is a must. Qualifications You hold a relevant academic degree at master level. You have solid experience with marketing and sales. You have strong project and stakeholder management skills, strong communication skills and a creative edge. You have the ability to find simple solutions to complex circumstances. You are independent, proactive, flexible and business-minded, with the ability to stay focused and positive when working under pressure.
