Technical Consultant with a senior profile In your daily work with different document management solutions where Documentum and Liquent/Parexel is the core, you will take on many different roles. We work with both technical support where you have the possibility to go in depth with problem solving in a dynamic, structured and professional support environment while at the same time get varied challenges by developing new solutions that fulfil our clients’ needs and requirements. When the possibility rises you may also assume the role as application architect and technical lead on smaller and larger development projects as well as act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on more advisory related assignments. Knowledge of business processes and workflows in the pharmaceutical industry will be extremely valuable and as part of an integrated and international team you will get the opportunity to further develop your skills in this business and technology area. As part of your job as technical consultant you are expected to deliver: •Technical support •Technical Solution Design •Configuration and development of applications supporting business processes in the Life Science industry •Translate business requirements into sound technical solutions adhering to external regulatory requirements •Advising on technical solution or upgrades to optimise business processes •Build and deployment processes •Act as a technical advisor towards customers, including approaching development ideas towards the Vendor •Time and effort estimation •Technical analysis •Requirement specification •Architecture and design •Development and testing Ready for an IT pharmaceutical challenge You will become a specialist among of approx. 25 top professional colleagues, providing application support, maintenance and further development of very business-critical Documentum-based systems both in and outside Denmark. The team is part of the Solutions division responsible for advising our customers on business and technology as well as designing and implementing IT solutions and applications. There are weekly meetings in the integrated teams and there is an ongoing daily dialogue around specific issues. This places great demands on your flexibility, oversight and professionalism.
