Join us as finance graduate in Commercial Transactions which is responsible for mergers and acquisitions and other high impact commercial projects. Commercial Transactions is part of Wind Power, which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. About the graduate programme As a graduate, you complete a 24­month programme in which you will participate in a training programme along with the rest of the graduate batch 2015. During the training programme, you will participate in six graduate courses. Our graduate programme is considered the first step in our high­potential developing programmes. You will develop yourself both personally and professionally, and your ability to be project­oriented and analytical as well as your problem­solving skills will be strengthened. As part of your daily assignments, you will have the opportunity to rotate within different departments in the business area. You will have the possibility of influencing your assignments to match your qualifications and interests. Furthermore, the programme will give you a strong network among the rest of the graduates in the organisation. Your tasks and responsibilities You will be involved in several on­going projects and ad hoc tasks where your main responsibilities are to: - support the project managers in overseeing ongoing M&A and commercial projects - assist in drafting presentations, information memorandums and other M&A related documents - coordinate input from the business unit and M&A valuation - prepare and coordinate legal, technical and financial due diligence - support executive management on ad hoc tasks. Your profile You have recently graduated with a master's degree within economics or finance and have delivered excellent results. You have a maximum of 12 months of relevant professional experience, and you are fluent in spoken and written English.
