We are looking for a candidate with the right analytical mind-set and the ability to process and combine information from various sources to synthesize assumptions and thereby provide an additional level of insight into our launch performance. A passion for business intelligence, good business understanding and a desire to reach a higher level of insight is what is needed to succeed in this role. About the department The Global Launch Office is a new function recently established in Global Marketing, Medical Affairs & Stakeholder Engagement (MMASE). We are responsible for driving the global launch process as well as strengthening our launch model, optimising cross-portfolio launch execution and simplify and standardise launch processes. We drive Launch Planning process in close collaboration with the HQ teams as well as affiliates and regions. We have touch points with a multitude of internal stakeholders ranging from Brand teams, Medical Affairs, Product Supply and Market Access and key affiliates. Last but not least we are responsible for several aspects of financial planning of the launch phases and monitor and track affiliate launch-readiness in collaboration with the responsible Global Brand teams. The team is anchored centrally in the organization and has direct reporting line to our SVP and the MMASE Management Team. The position As Launch Insights Manager, you will be engaged in primarily launch reporting and launch performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally with a wide array of functions including Global brand teams, Medical Affairs and Market Access You will also work with colleagues in affiliates & regions. You main responsibilities will be: launch Performance reporting and tracking; insight generation on launch performance in close collaboration with Global Brand teams and affiliates; identification and development of better practices derived from better insights on launch performance Collaboration with Novo Nordisk Global Service Center in Bangalore as well as external vendors and IMS reg. offshore reporting, data acquisition and system updates Qualifications To master the job as Launch Insights Manager in the Global Launch Office, you have a master degree in Business/Economics/Engineering, experience in product sales performance tracking/analytics and market analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. You are fluent in English(reading/writing). Additional languages are a plus. It’s a requirement that you have a talent and a passion for numbers as well as robust analytical problem-solving skills and can demonstrate this through relevant work experience. On a personal level is it important that you can work both independently and in teams, have solid communication and influencing skills and have proficiency with Excel.
