Samsø Syltefabrik er en selvstændig afdeling i DLG Food. Vi søger en erfaren og stabil medarbejder, der selvstændigt kan stå for vedligehold af fabrikkens tekniske udstyr. Vi producerer rødbeder, rødkål, asier, agurkesalat m.m., Herudover har vi en mindre produktion af specialprodukter. Gennem sæsonen, som starter i april og slutter i marts måned sørger vores 40-60 ansatte for, at de danske køkkener får produkter af høj, smagsmæssig kvalitet. Der udvikles også nye produkter, bl.a. ketchup, tomatpesto og tomatsuppe og mere vil komme til, så fabrikken i de kommende år vil kunne producere hele året rundt. Samsø Syltefabrik sætter en ære i at producere gode håndværksmæssige produkter, efter gode danske traditioner. På Samsø sylter vi med stolthed og har gjort det gennem generationer. Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet omfatte •Service og vedligeholdelse af produktionsudstyret, elektriske installationer og elektronik m.m. •Opdatering af nedskrevne arbejdsgange i produktionen efter ISO 9001 •Implementering af systematisk vedligehold af maskiner og udstyr •Forberedelse af planlagte udviklingsområder. •Bestilling af materialer samt kontakt til underleverandører •Bestilling, sparring og tilsyn med håndværkere Vi forventer, at du •har relevant uddannelse (maskinmester, produktionsteknikker, maskinarbejder eller lign.) •har kendskab til motorer, el-installationer, elektroteknik, hydraulik og/eller mekanik •er en dygtig håndværker, der også kan klare de til tider fysisk krævende arbejdsopgaver •er god til at kommunikere med andre, også på engelsk •trives med selvstændigt arbejde •er indstillet på fleksibel arbejdstid og de mange forskellige arbejdsopgaver Der vil være oplæring i jobbet og mulighed for kurser efter behov.
