Organizational Development Director, Corporate Functions Novozymes is looking for a dynamic and results oriented Organizational Developer (OD) to work with Corporate Functions. Corporate Functions is responsible for delivering quality and cost-effective business support and includes Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Business IT, People & Organization, Investor Relation, Legal Global Business Services and Corporate Strategy & Development. The assignments of the OD are centred around organizational, leadership and talent development but vary greatly dependent of the business goals and ambitions. Some of the main elements in focus for the coming period will be different organisational development activities, outlining and executing Corporate Function’s top leadership team development, talent development and strengthening succession preparedness in selected areas. You will be working closely with the EVP, his leadership team and selected parts of the organization dependent on the task at hand. The position provides a great opportunity to make an impact on Novozymes’ leadership and organizational development. It is a position that will stretch your skills base and broaden your business understanding. You will work as an individual contributor, and thus there is a great opportunity and need for strong connections and solid cooperation with many different stakeholders to create the valuable results. You will report to the VP of Leadership and Organization, a small unit specialized in organizational development reporting to the CEO of Novozymes. The position is based in Denmark, but your responsibility will be global. In this position you need to have A relevant master’s degree and minimum 5-7 years of work experience with organizational, leadership and talent development. You have a broad experience base e.g. from both working in consulting, line and staff functions. Leadership experience is preferred A feel for organizational dynamics that enables you to design and drive transformation processes smoothly. You are able to facilitate and conclude discussions at VP-level and act as a sparring partner for senior decision makers A strategic and customer oriented mind set and a demonstrated ability to manage initiatives and projects. You can easily transcend different levels of abstraction and combine a structured approach with the ability to be pragmatic and solution oriented A high individual working capacity and a strong drive for results.
