Test management You will be part of the international R&D function Systems Engineering and Development Tools in Smørum and take an essential role in our Systems Engineering area contributing to the test management capacity. We are 25 dedicated colleagues with a broad range of competencies. The Test Management and Processes group itself is responsible for the test management processes and tools used for managing tests and defects. This group consists of two persons and is complemented with a number of people across R&D who work on improving the test management framework. As Test Manager, you are planning and managing the test and verification activities in our development projects, which includes defining the test strategy, test planning and organization. You will be responsible for setting the priorities, overseeing test development and execution to write and evaluate test reports. You will furthermore contribute to the development of competences, tools and processes. Focus of these developments are mainly within the area of building up and maintaining the framework of testing and the test knowledge in R&D. Experience in test management and testing In order for you to succeed in this role, you hold an Engineering or an Electro-mechanical Technician degree or similar. We also expect you to have 3-5 years of relevant work experience within test or test process management and are able to tick the following boxes: You have a proven record of acting as test manager across several projects or companies and are an ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent You have a solid experience within test process development or maintenance You are used to contribute to competence, tool and process development in the area of test and verification You have experience in guiding and instructing test professionals in the test framework You enjoy driving improvement initiatives, providing new or updated instructions, guidelines or other pieces to the verification process You are used to building-up and maintaining test and test management knowledge in R&D You have possibly experience in verification of products based on integrated hardware and software platforms You have solid knowledge about test and requirement management tools. Experience will be an advantage, maybe even with IBM Rational Quality Manager and Doors.
