For our exiting client Huawei Denmark we are looking for a Document Controller.

Are you interested in working in a fast paced, global environment based in Copenhagen? We are looking for a Doument Controller to join one of customers of project teams. Main responsibilities include document controlling, organizing, and administration for the project. This role will be the first line of contact for revlevant document enquiries.

Maybe this is your first job or maybe you have experience and want to work in an exiting international environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage electronic document management system (ISDP). Typical taks include data input, dispatch among others.
• Take lead to collect, dispatch, register, approval management and archiving of both internal and external documents , project files (drawings, PAC, FAC documents) , letter and other miscellaneous items within the project. 
• Manage all types of information material and documents and ensure each document is registered, properly archived within both electronic and hardcopy (cabinet).
• Maintain document classification as per company standards.
• Develop and establish an information inquiry system for assurance documents.
• Prepare progress report of the project (Can be daily, weekly or monthly) and share with different stakeholders on time.
• Support the project manager with other assigned adhoc tasks.

 

Skills needed:

• College graduates or above
• You do not need any direct documentation experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and written in English.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office package, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a wide variety of people

 

This is a contract/temporary assignment.

Start        Asap

Duration   6 months with possible extensions

Salary      Attractive entry level
