Are you a senior sourcing specialist? Would you like to establish and be responsible for a key category to source the services that enable 14,000 employees to take a rapidly growing brand into the future? Establish and be responsible for Professional Services As our new Global Category Sourcing Manager, you are globally responsible for the "Professional Services - Training Recruitment and Consulting Services" category at the same time as you will drive local sourcing across your physical location. In this position you will: Collaborate with regional procurement teams and manufacturing site teams to analyse stakeholder needs and the market landscape Develop global sourcing strategies and execution plans in close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders as well as with your regional procurement team members Manage global suppliers, e.g. negotiations, contracting and reviews as well as drive governance and compliance Be accountable for category KPI progress and serve as key point of contact for global stakeholder leadership as well as relationship management Facilitate global category forums and drive sourcing plan execution Connected community In a culture where collaboration and creativity are key, you will establish a strong Professional Services category expertise globally. This will give you a deep insight into - and thorough understanding of - our global operations, which play a significant role in enabling our mission of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow. You will be based at our HQ in Billund, Denmark, or, alternatively, at our brand new hub in central London, UK. The nature of your work takes you travelling 10-20 % of your time to meet with stakeholders and suppliers. Analytical Sourcing Professional with a track record from international companies As the LEGO Group is experiencing a tremendous growth, your primary challenge will be to balance stakeholder needs with the sourcing agenda.
