Do you have strong technical knowledge in ServiceNow, and do you want to apply this in a truly global setting, with end-to-end responsibility from technical design to implementation? Then, you are offered a role, where you will participate in setting the future for Carlsberg’s global ServiceNow platform. The position is located in Copenhagen and with direct report to the Director for IT Service Delivery. End-to-end responsibility for the ServiceNow platform – design and global roll-out As Global Solution Architect, you will define and design the technical architecture on the ServiceNow platform. You will be owner of the platform and ensure that the platform has the necessary technical capacity and capabilities, and you will therefore be in close contact with Process Owners and other key stakeholders fronting the platform. In your role as architect, you will ensure that external vendors that are responsible for making the operational changes and developments can implement your solutions. You will e.g. be involved in the global roll-out of ServiceNow to Asia and Eastern Europe, where you will be architect and technical advisor on the platform. Your responsibilities include: •Make technical solution designs for changes and developments. •Give input to the Enterprise Architecture roadmap and align the roadmap with Process Owners. •In connection with project execution, present solutions and risks to the Steering Committee. •Prioritise development tasks according to ServiceNow Best Practice and accommodate to Process Owner requirements. •Maintain an overview of the ServiceNow development lifecycle from requirements to user cases. •Facilitate workshops to acquire new requirements and Best Practices. •Support internal and external developers with problem-solving and ensure Best Practice. •Be technical liaison on ServiceNow related matters. Solution Architect with the ability to configure and script ServiceNow applications As a person, you are communicative and convincing, with the ability to adapt your communication to suit the target audience. You are comfortable interacting with both technical resources and the business and get them to buy-in on your solutions. Thus, it is natural for you to take the lead in your solutions. You are change-oriented and can adapt to changing requirements, while always ensuring Best Practice. In your work, you are analytical and organized, with the ability to keep an overview and prioritize between urgent matters. Your professional skills include: •Experience from making technical designs and solutions. •Broad technical insight in the ServiceNow platform, and experience from configuration and scripting. •Experience from working with Best Practice frameworks. •Experience with CMDB is an advantage. •Project experience from development projects acting as Scrum master. •Reporting and making presentations to Sponsors / Project Owners. •Flexibility in travelling up to 20 days yearly. •Fluency in English, verbally and in writing A team with strong focus on globalizing processes and structures in an organization with an ambitious IT agenda You will be joining IT Service Delivery that supports Western European IT Operations with problem and incident management, service desk, and onsite support. In Copenhagen, there is a smaller team making the overall prioritization and follow-up, which are then executed by primarily external vendors. The ServiceNow team consists of yourself as Solution Architect and additional resources in India, and where you will have a guiding and leading role in ensuring that technical changes and developments are delivered according to requirements.
