PS is a global organization with several global production sites and approximately 13,000 employees. PS Quality (PSQ) was established as an independent organisational entity in 2013 and is responsible for assuring the quality of our processes, systems and products. In PS Quality People & Communication, we are right now looking for an experienced senior HR professional to take up the position as HR Business Partner within the area of Biopharm QA. As HR Business Partner you will support the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and the management group in PS Quality Biopharm - an organization with approx. 220 employees that assure compliance and quality of Biopharmaceutical products in Novo Nordisk. You will be a full member of the CVP management team, sparring with the CVP and the other members of the management team on a daily basis on all aspects of leadership, people challenges and organisational development. You will drive the HR agenda in a busy environment and you will have to make sure that HR initiatives support the development of the business in this area. About the department You will report to the HR Director in PS Quality and be a part of a highly engaged, experienced and ambitious team of 4 HR Partners, a Training Partner, an Environmental Health & Safety Partner and a Communication Partner. We all work on improving and delivering the professional support for PS Quality to succeed. In the HR Business Partner-role, you will work independently to support Biopharm QA, while sharing better practices and developing common agendas with your colleagues. We strive to provide solutions based on the newest insights within the field of Human Resources, and to make a real difference for the businesses we support. The job In the capacity of HR Business Partner, your overall objective is to develop the business by developing its leaders and ensure high level people performance and development. Planning and executing the monthly Leadership Forum with 25 leaders will be a cornerstone in your job. You will also be responsible for executing and improving key HR processes such as Organisational Review, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement. In addition, you will also drive strategic People & Organisation (P&O) activities cross-functionally within the Biopharm Quality area. You can expect a large degree of interaction at all levels within the Biopharm QA organization, the Biopharm production and within other HR colleagues in PS, leaving you a challenging and inspiring job with great possibilities for the future. Qualifications You have a solid professional background in HR which includes a relevant degree, proven results and a minimum of five years of working experience within HR – preferably from a multinational pharmaceutical company. You understand the organisational dynamics and you have a proven track record within most or all of the classical disciplines in the HR life cycle. You thrive with developing and improving HR activities that are linked to the overall business purpose and you have extensive experience with what works in practice. You enjoy having the responsibility for both process and outcome and you know by experience that success depends on what you deliver to your customers. As a person you have strong interpersonal skills and are known for building lasting relations with your stakeholders.
