We are looking for a qualified management assistant to support our department. In Global Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases via product approval and introduction and until discontinuation from the market. We ensure medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and maintenance of authorizations in compliance uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. About the department The department consists of 23 highly qualified employees - medical specialists, one VP, two directors and two assistants. Our organisation is project-centric and internally we work in cross-functional teams. Our key external stakeholders are the scientific community and medical experts, regulatory authorities and market access institutions. The job The job covers a broad range of administrative tasks, e.g. budget monthly follow-up and quarterly adjustments, various HR tasks incl. the on-boarding of new employees, preparing Medical & Science team meetings, travel arrangement and expense reporting, purchasing of supplies and services, and other ad hoc administrative tasks such as NovoDocs support, prepare contracts in CMS and have the role as HTR in regards of interaction with HCP. You will work in a dynamic and challenging high performance environment under constant development and closely together with the VP, the management team as well as the other administrative assistants across our CVP area. You will report to the Vice President of Medical and Science, Insulin, GH and Devices. Qualifications You have an administrative background and preferably you have administrative experience from a similar role within Novo Nordisk. We are looking for an outgoing and flexible person with experience in administrative support. You have a service-minded ”can-do” attitude, a good sense of humour and you thrive working in a busy environment. You are good at maintaining the overview, pay attention to details and your coordination skills are excellent. You are a team player, you take initiative and like new challenges. You are engaged, positive and willing to actively contribute to the function. You have excellent skills in MS office and find it easy to master new IT systems. Knowledge of the Novo Nordisk systems such as Globeshare, SAP (budget follow-up and planning), CMS, Recruit and other administrative tools is an advantage. You have excellent collaboration and communication skills; you can collaborate at any organisational level and are fluent in English.
