Group Finance is the support division within Vestas which includes sub-departments such as Finance, Legal, Risk & Contract Review, Treasury, IT, Investor Relations and Tax & Compliance. As part of this function Legal, Risk & Contract Review shares the responsibility for making Vestas a profitable company both in the short and long term. Responsibilities: As part of the litigation & Claims team within Legal Risk & Contract Review, your main responsibilities will be: Handle and give advice in respect of claims involving Vestas Group Participate in dispute resolution and settlement negotiations Support the Vestas Group in external communication with potential adverse effect Various contract drafting Qualifications: To qualify for this position you have a Master's degree in law from Denmark or abroad and some years of work experience in this field, preferably from litigation and dispute resolution, but this is not a requirement. Competencies: You like to be challenged by complex legal questions and have a commercial attitude and approach to their solution You enjoy working together with colleagues with different professional and cultural background You are curious to know more about the technical structure of a wind turbine and its components You are good at listening and giving constructive feedback Your working style is characterized by the ability to prioritize, focus on quality and meet deadlines You are interested in building a global mindset and are proficient in spoken and written English What we offer: A part from a competitive salary we can offer you good career and development opportunities in a stimulating and flexible working environment characterized by humor and mutual openness.
