Do you have the ability to drive the Site IT agenda and translate and communicate corporate requirements into an optimal fit for our businesses? Then this is the perfect job for you. About the department We are looking for 2 Site IT Coordinators, 1 working in Bagsværd and 1 working in Hillerød. The positions are located in Devices & Supply Chain Management (D&S). You will be anchored in the Site Business Support functions which consist of diverse groups handling everything from Finance, Project Portfolio Management, Training and Business Development. The job As Site IT Coordinator you develop, drive and execute the IT compliance agenda of the site. This includes assessing compliance levels, translating the assessment into concrete improvement initiatives and plans. You will be the driver of the plan together with the Site Management team and the system responsible. This responsibility includes creating and anchoring of IT strategies, driving minor IT projects, ensuring IT compliance, handling of IT security and general coordination of IT at the Site. You will facilitate communication with D&S IT, corporate IT and local line management regarding IT requirements. Other specific contributions could be writing procedures, instructions and ensuring competences development though training. These positions are new roles and have a possibility for high impact on the IT performance and compliance levels in dynamic and complex organisations. In addition you will participate in an IT network with the IT Coordinators across D&S Qualifications You have a Master of Science, an MBA or a similar academic degree within a relevant field e.g. Engineering or Computer Science. You have working experience with IT, preferably in a GxP regulated industry. You have a strong understanding of the many aspects and requirements within IT as well as OT and have the ability to translate them into tangible activities. Ideally, you have worked with the various aspects of IT from specification and implementation to daily operation and maintenance. As a person you have a strong personal drive to achieve results. You have solid analytical skills and the ability to work in a structured and systematic way and you are not afraid to think out of the box when the situation requires it. As your success will depend on your ability to understand local practices and procedures, you must have strong communications skills and the ability to build trustful partnerships with your stakeholders.
