Would you like to help manage and develop our Primavera solution and influence the way we work with portfolio management? Join DONG Energy and become Portfolio Analyst in our Portfolio, Systems and Standards department, which is part of Wind Power Project Support. We are a newly created team dedicated to the development and management of tools supporting standardised time, resource and risk management across our portfolio of offshore wind projects. Furthermore, we provide top management and other relevant stakeholders with portfolio reports and analysis. The department is part of Wind Power, which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based in our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling to our locations both in Denmark and abroad in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As Portfolio Analyst, you are responsible for the administration of our portfolio management system, which is currently Primavera, ensuring that it supports the time, resource and risk management business processes in the best possible way. You advise and support users in the utilisation of the tool, and contribute to the design of the system development roadmap. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: • manage accessibility, system architecture and global data in our Primavera application • participate in the development and implementation of new functionalities supporting new business processes • cooperate with our colleagues in IT and Finance in developing interfaces with other systems, eg SAP • be responsible for the management of our portfolio reporting tool P6 Analytics • contribute to the preparation of portfolio reports. Your profile You hold a master’s or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent and have documented experience in the use and administration of Primavera as project and portfolio management system. Moreover, you have a good understanding of scheduling, resource planning and risk management. Ideally, you are familiar with business intelligence systems. It is an advantage if you have experience from large construction projects, preferably within the offshore or wind energy sectors. You have strong knowledge of business processes and are able to provide technical solutions to specific business needs. As a person, you strive to deliver the best possible service to our customers and stakeholders. You have a proactive and pragmatic approach to the development of new solutions that satisfy customer needs. Finally, you are able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and finalise tasks at agreed deadlines.
