Would you like to help optimise the development of DONG Energy's offshore wind portfolio? Join us and become Senior Pipeline Analyst in our Pipeline Management business function which is part of Wind Power Market & Project Development. Pipeline Management is a small team consisting of four professionals dedicated to ensure that we deliver the most valuable and robust pipeline with the project opportunities we have. Furthermore, two of our key objectives are to provide top management with the best possible basis for decision-making and to ensure optimal conditions for meeting the long-term strategic targets. The department is part of Wind Power which has 1600 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world's largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based in our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. You should, however, expect some travelling to our locations both in Denmark and abroad in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility Together with your colleagues, you will be working with the continuous planning, optimisation and analysis of the development project pipeline to ensure the highest possible portfolio value. In Pipeline Management, we perform consolidated analysis of project-specific, technical, financial and regulatory input affecting the opportunities and risks in the development portfolio. In this connection, you will be responsible for the project-specific, technical and regulatory aspects of our analysis and scenario work. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •have a close dialogue with the development projects and thus build a solid understanding of the flexibility, constraints and key risks of all projects in the pipeline •ensure overall alignment with our technology development programmes and supply chain management •drive reporting on pipeline risks and progress on key milestones •prepare presentations and reports to top management and other stakeholders in the organisation •make initial evaluation of pipeline fit when investigating new project opportunities. Your profile You have a degree in finance, economics, business administration or engineering as well as solid relevant working experience. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience from the wind industry or from working with portfolio planning in general. It is important that you have excellent communication skills, enabling you to present and communicate complex matters in a professional and straightforward way to your colleagues and business partners. As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently. You are analytical and detail-oriented. You have a strong ability to examine information, interpret data and extract key information needed for portfolio analysis and pipeline management. Moreover, you know how to prioritise your tasks and handle pressure in peak periods.
